AI & automation

AI automation and no-code workflows that run the busywork for you

Most of a dispatcher’s and billing clerk’s day is spent on predictable, repetitive steps. AI TMS automates them: rate confirmations become loads, delivered loads become invoices, drivers get check-calls, and your own rules fire on any event — each run logged, versioned, and reversible.

Key capabilities

AI & Automation features

Rate-con → load

AI reads emailed rate confirmations and drafts complete loads.

Scheduled auto-billing

Invoices email on delivery with escalating overdue reminders.

Automated check-calls

Location and ETA texts on a cadence; no-replies escalate.

Geofence auto-status

Arrivals and departures advance the load and notify the customer.

Alerts & rules engine

Overspeed, offline, HOS, and geofence alerts with quiet hours.

No-code workflows

Trigger, condition, action — built in plain language, 40+ templates.

If this, then the rest of the shift

Every workflow is a trigger, conditions, and actions. A trigger can be any status change, geofence crossing, document upload, inbound email, or API event. Conditions branch on any field — customer, lane, equipment, accessorial, or a margin threshold. Actions chain together, and each is retried on failure, logged, and individually reversible.

Describe the rule you want and the builder drafts it for you, or start from one of more than 40 templates.

  • Detention over 2 hours → add accessorial, notify customer, flag for review
  • Driver HOS under 2 hours → block new assignment, alert dispatcher
  • Invoice 30 days overdue → escalate to AR owner, pause further credit
  • Carrier insurance expiring in 14 days → request a COI, freeze tendering

Safe by default

Every automation is optional and configured per account. Workflows are versioned and can be dry-run against real history before you turn them on, so you can see exactly what they would have done. Actions that touch money, safety, or customers can require a named person to approve.

Always in sync

Drivers, vehicles, HOS, GPS, dashcams, and positions sync from every connected provider around the clock, so automations act on current data rather than yesterday’s export.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to write code to build automations?

+

No. Workflows are built from triggers, conditions, and actions in plain language. You can also describe what you want and the builder drafts it.

Can I test an automation before turning it on?

+

Yes. Every workflow can be dry-run against your real history to show what it would have done, and every version is kept.

What happens if an automated action fails?

+

Each action is retried, logged, and individually reversible, and failures are surfaced to the owner of the workflow.
